FIRE CONTROL BYLAW #2/96

Permits are required for any and all of the following:

Open Air Fires – Permitted in special situations only

Ground Thawing for Utility Lines

Acceptable Fire Pit – 5 year permit, site inspected by the Morinville Fire Department (includes new and existing fire pits)

Fireworks – Only allowed as organized neighbourhood display

All Permits $20.00

Extensions $10.00

Fines $50.00 - $250.00

Permits are available at the Town of Morinville Office, 10125 – 100 Avenue, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Copies of Bylaw #2/96 are available at the Town of Morinville Office.
